Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms apply to services provided by 合同会社ルナキャットカンパニー, referred to as Lunarcat.

By registering or requesting services, customers agree to these Terms and the applicable service policies presented before each request.

Lunarcat purchases items from third-party sellers in its own name on behalf of customers.
Lunarcat provides purchasing services and does not resell these items.
Purchased items are held for customers until dispatch.
Forwarding items remain the property of their owners.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, follow service instructions, and pay applicable charges.

Keep account credentials secure and report unauthorized access promptly.

Illegal activity, fraud, false customs declarations, bad-faith activities, and attempts to bypass service restrictions are prohibited.

3. Purchases and Charges

Purchases follow customer instructions.
Lunarcat may decline requests that are unavailable, prohibited, or impractical to fulfill.

Auction bids follow the Auction Service rules.
Lunarcat may exceed the customer maximum bid as a courtesy but absorbs the excess and any additional costs caused by it.
The customer item price will not exceed that maximum.
Ordinary service and shipping charges still apply.

Placed bids that win auctions are binding.
Customers must pay for winning bids and associated charges.

Fees are stated on the Fees and Pricing page and the relevant service pages.
Additional charges apply where disclosed before the request or separately agreed.
Payment and refund methods are explained in the Payment Guide.

4. Forwarding

Parcels must follow the Forwarding Instructions and include the assigned user code.

Forwarding from another proxy or forwarding service is permitted once per customer.
Creating another account does not renew this allowance.

Lunarcat may refuse or return parcels that do not comply, including parcels without a user code, repeat transfers, and parcels with charges unpaid beyond the forwarding payment deadline.

Returns are sent to the original sender with shipping charges payable on delivery.
Customers must arrange sender acceptance and are responsible for return costs.
Lunarcat is not required to advance those costs.
If the sender refuses or the return cannot be completed, the storage and disposal provisions apply.

Customers are responsible for reasonable additional costs caused by incorrect information or failure to follow instructions.
Lunarcat handling fees apply only as disclosed on the Forwarding page.

Customers are responsible for delivery to Lunarcat.
For overseas arrivals, Lunarcat assists with import fee payments but not other customs clearance procedures.
Import fees and related costs are payable by the customer.

Forwarding items are excluded from purchase protection.
Lunarcat does not guarantee their condition, authenticity, completeness, or functionality and is not responsible for defects, damage, or loss occurring before receipt.

5. Inspection and Buyer Protection

Lunarcat may open shipping packages and inspect contents.
Recognizable factory seals on new products are normally left intact.

Routine inspection does not include functional testing, authentication, or detection of hidden defects.
Separately requested services are limited to their agreed scope.

The Buyer Protection Policy defines contractual cancellation rights, refunds, coverage, and exclusions.
Except for those commitments, Lunarcat does not guarantee performance by third-party sellers.

6. Storage and Disposal

Free storage periods and charges are stated on the User Tier and Fees and Pricing pages.

After free storage expires, customers must complete the required shipping steps or confirm continued storage through My Page within each fixed 30-day cycle.
Confirmation protects only the current cycle and does not remove storage charges.

Failure to act by the notified deadline may result in disposal following the storage notice procedure.

The maximum storage period is six months after free storage ends.
Confirmations do not extend this limit.
At that point, Lunarcat will give a final notice allowing at least 14 days to complete shipping instructions, information, and payment.
Unresolved items may then be disposed of.
Delays caused by Lunarcat do not count as customer failure to arrange shipment.

Storage is not temperature or humidity controlled.
Disposal is permanent, remains subject to applicable legal requirements, and does not cancel charges already incurred.

7. Shipping, Customs, and Insurance

Customers must check their delivery address before shipment.
Lunarcat is not responsible for incorrect delivery caused by customer-provided address errors.

Customers must check destination import requirements and provide accurate item information.
The Lunarcat customs declaration service uses accurate descriptions intended to reduce avoidable clearance issues.
However, this does not guarantee clearance or compliance with every destination requirement.

Customers may need to pay any import fees to the local carrier unless they are included in a purchased service.
Delivery times are estimates.

Damage caused by inadequate Lunarcat packing is covered regardless of insurance.
Fragile items damaged despite appropriate packing and no other Lunarcat error require applicable insurance coverage.

Subject to Lunarcat liability and purchased coverage, transit risk passes to the customer when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Lunarcat Insurance provides conditional coverage for customs inspection damage and shipping damage, loss, or theft.
Where Lunarcat is not responsible for the incident, compensation requires purchased insurance and satisfaction of its coverage conditions.

Buyer Protection states refund amounts and exceptions, including Airsoft Compliance.
Unshippable items are handled under the Final Resolution Policy.

8. Nonpayment and Account Restrictions

Lunarcat may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms.

For overdue purchasing charges, Lunarcat may retain purchased items held for the customer, including items from other purchase requests.
A payment notice will allow at least 14 days to resolve the charges before the affected services are terminated.

Termination does not cancel purchases or auction commitments already made.
Customers may arrange shipment subject to applicable payment requirements and deadlines.
The forwarding return and storage disposal provisions continue to apply.

Contact Lunarcat to report problems.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without making a good-faith effort to resolve may limit available resolution options and may result in account restriction.

Account closure does not cancel debts or valid refund claims.

9. Liability and Applicable Law

Lunarcat is responsible for loss or damage caused by its negligence or misconduct.

Detailed service policies govern their stated coverage and remedies.
These Terms do not reduce coverage expressly promised by Lunarcat.

Japanese law governs these Terms.
Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Website, Privacy, and Changes

Website content is owned by Lunarcat or used with permission.
Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

Personal information and cookies are handled under the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Material changes will be announced with an effective date.
Changes affecting existing transactions will follow applicable notice and consent requirements.
