Final Resolution

An extra safety layer for items that cannot be shipped internationally.

Overview

We generally check whether an item can or cannot be shipped before purchase. Thus, it is very unlikely that we will not cancel an order containing unshippable items.

Still, please do your own research. For resources, see the Special Categories page for which items can and cannot be shipped.

This page does not apply if an item can be shipped within Japan, picked up in person, or shipped with the required paperwork.

The item price is at least ¥10,000.
The item is suitable for resale.

Platform fees (usually 10%)
Applicable domestic shipping costs

Payment processing costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your item does not sell within 2 weeks, we will dispose the item.
