  • Order Deadline: 17:00 (GMT+9) the day before the event
    *We will charge a late fee (¥3,000) for orders/changes after 17:00. Anything after 21:00 may be rejected.

Fees

¥8,000 flat fee. Covers up to 30 items and ¥53,000 order value.

  • Orders exceeding 30 items will be charged at ¥300 per extra item.
  • Orders exceeding ¥53,000 will be charged at your tier rate.

There are no extra charges for ticket cost, transportation, or time.
Item cost and shipping cost are not included in the fees.

We treat unpaid orders as drafts. Please submit your order and complete payment before we handle the purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I put both Day 1 and Day 2 in the same order?

Day 1 and Day 2 are separate orders.
Please submit two orders with two different Google Sheets.

Q. How are items calculated for fee calculation purposes (flat fee up to a certain qty)?

A set item will be counted as one.
Novelties will be counted as zero.
Multiple items from one booth will be counted equal to the number of unique items.

Q. I don’t know a price of an item.

Please use an estimated value. Any value is fine.
All costs will be adjusted after the items are purchased.

Q. Do I need to wait for a confirmation before you buy?

No. Once your order is placed (paid), you are all good.

Q. I already paid for my order. Can I change it?

We will purchase based on what is on your Google sheet at 17:00 the day before the event.
Feel free to modify your order until then.

Changes made during 17:00~21:00 will incur a late fee. Anything after 21:00 may be rejected.
If you make changes after 17:00, let us know via email or Discord chat. Otherwise the change may not be reflected.

All cost differences will be adjusted after the purchase. This may take up to a few hours to 1-2 days depending on the volume.

Q. Can I have my order prioritized? Can I pay more to do this?

We do not provide an option for a priority order.
Customers will be prioritized in the order of:
(i) fewest items/booths on the order > (ii) customers who ordered first > (iii) best route between booths.

Q. Will you include freebies?

Yes. All available freebies will be included. You do not even have to ask to pick the freebies.

Q. Can you purchase R+18 (NSFW) items?

NSFW items can be purchased and shipped. Please check your country’s import laws before ordering.

Q. What happens if my item(s) cannot be purchased?

A full refund will be issued if nothing was purchased.
There may be a partial refund for customers who ordered an extremely small number or items and did not get the order fulfilled.
