Send items you obtained yourself to Lunarcat for reshipping.
Instructions
※ The forwarding process differs from Tenso or Blackship.
Send your parcel to the forwarding address shown on this page.
Include your user code in the address.
Once the parcel is received, we will sort and register the parcel in our system.
You will receive an email notification here.
Sorting may take some time.
Enter the item details and pay for the forwarding order.
Describe each item in enough detail for the customs declaration.
Insufficient item descriptions will be rejected.
In such case, you will be asked to redo the item details.

Rules
- Forwarding from another proxy or forwarding service is allowed once per customer.
- Delivery to the forwarding address is the responsibility of the customer.
Lunarcat is not responsible for parcels that do not arrive. - Parcels without a user code or with charges unpaid past the deadline may be refused or returned.
Returns will be sent to the original shipper using Cash on Delivery.
If a return cannot be completed, the storage and disposal rules apply. - Forwarding items are excluded from purchase protection.
Lunarcat does not guarantee their condition, authenticity, completeness, or functionality.
Lunarcat is not responsible for defects, damage, or loss before receipt. - Outcomes from failing to follow instructions are your responsibility.

Sending Items from Another Country to Japan
For parcels sent from overseas, Lunarcat can assist with import fee payment only.
Other import clearance will not be provided.
Fees
The forwarding fee is 5% of the total item value, with a minimum of ¥1,000 per forwarding order.
For parcels shipped from overseas, the import fee is the customer's liability.
Lunarcat pays the import fee and charges it with the tier rate markup.
FAQ
Can you ship food to the US?
Yes, but a Prior Notice must be filed to the FDA and attached together with the shipping invoice.
You may entrust us to complete the form for ¥3,000.
Can you ship glasses or sunglasses to the US?
Yes.
However, a drop ball certification is necessary.
The charge for the drop ball test and certification is ¥3,000.
Can you receive Cash-on-delivery parcels?
Yes. We will charge the shipping cost after delivery.
Parcels that require payment for the items too will be treated as normal Online orders.
We will add our online purchase fee for such.
Can you receive parcels from overseas?
Yes.
However, we do not assist with any import clearance procedures other than paying the import fees.
Can you ship perfumes or alcohol-based stationery?
No.
