Conditions
Eligibility
- A coupon is issued only where one of the following applies:
- (a) An order is marked Complete on the Lunarcat website.
- (b) A shipment is delivered.
- (c) A shipment is marked Delivered on the Lunarcat website.
Requirements
- The review must be posted on Trustpilot within 14 days of the eligible event.
- The review must be a 5 star rating.
- The review must remain published.
How to claim
- Post a review on Trustpilot.
- Report the posted review with the form below.
- The review is checked and the coupon is issued manually.
Terms
- One coupon may be claimed per customer every 2 months.
- Each coupon expires 1 month from issuance.
- The coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon.
- Trustpilot may remove reviews it deems to relate to an invalid transaction.
- No coupon is issued for a removed review.
